National Day celebrations in Rangoon

The 58th anniversary of Shan National Day (7 February 2005) was celebrated at Nine Miles Temple, 18:30-02:00. Cultural dances were performed by Danu, Ta-arng (Palaung), Anghsa (Intha), Htoong-mao and Kengtung groups, and songs by popular singers: Hti Hseng, Hsai Mao, Lao Hsy, Nawng Nawng, Mo Mo Kham Aye and others.
