SLORC TAKES WOMAN PORTERS
On November 3, 1995 about 60 troops from SLORC Light Infantry Battalion No.154 at Murng Kerng seized women in the Murng Kerng area to be porters: 11 from Wan Hui village, 11 from Kung Kaw and 11 from Wan Long, altogether 33 women. They were taken away for two nights and two days before their release.
