back on staff, according to Ye Min Tun, Secretary of Malaysia-based Burma
Workers Rights Protection Commmittee (BWRPC). There are about 4 million Burmese
working abroad, predominantly in Thailand,
Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea, according to
Maesod-based Yaung Chi Oo Workers Association.
