Junta Indoctrinates Soldiers To Combat Truths

Since the reactivation of organizing committees in the Armed Services since August, weekly meetings are being held where soldiers and their spouses have to attend.

"The attendees", reported DIN, "are told it is not true there is no democracy in Burma, that there are human rights violations and that the government is waging the War on Drugs half-heartedly. The SPDC also pays attention to keep the commodity prices steady".

To which one opposition politician comments: "How they will manage to cover up everything that happens right under the eyes of these soldiers and their families is really beyond me".
