    According to latest developments in Shan State East, the Kengtung-based Triangle Region Command has suspended operations since meeting the Shan State Army (SSA)’s liaison officer, Col Aung Mawng yesterday. The issue of SSA troops in Shan State East should be on the agenda at the next Union level meeting between the two sides, he said. (SHAN)
